英語的八種“否定句”，你都了解嗎？

（1）一般否定句

I don't know this. No news is good news.

我不知道。沒有消息就是好消息。

There is no person（smoking）/not a person/not any person（smoking）in the house.家里沒有人（吸煙），沒有人，沒有任何人（吸煙）。

（2）特指否定

He went to his office, not to see him.他去了他的辦公室，并沒有去見他。

I am sorry for not coming on time. 我很抱歉沒有按時來。

I don't think / believe/suppose / feel / imagine you are right.我不認為你是對的。

（3）部分否定

All is not gold that glitters. 發(fā)亮的東西不一定都是金子。

I don't know all of them.我不都知道。

I can't see everybody/everything.我不能看到每個人。

（4）全體否定

None of my friends smoke. 我的任何朋友都不抽煙。

I can see nothing/nobody. 我什么也看不見。

Neither of them is right. 他們倆都不對。

（5）延續(xù)否定

You didn't see him, neither/nor did I.你沒有看見他，我也沒有。

You don't know, I don't know either.你不知道，我也不知道。

He doesn't know English, let alone / to say nothing of/not to speak of French.

他不懂英語，更不用說別說法語了。

（6）半否定句

We seldom/hardly/scarcely/barely hear such fine singing.

我們很少/很少聽到這么美妙的歌聲。

I know little English. I saw few people.我不太懂英語。我看到的人很少。

（7）雙重否定

You can't make something out of nothing.你不能從零東西中賺到什么。

There is no sweet without sweat.沒有汗水就沒有甜蜜了。

（8）排除否定

Everyone is ready except you. 除了你，每個人都準備好了。

He did nothing but play.他除了玩之外什么也不做。

（9）加強否定

I won't do it at all.我根本不會這么做的。

I can't see it any more.我再也看不見它了。
